My intention is to follow the 4-hour group program at Swedish site marathon.se. It starts 26 weeks before start and todays program is having a rest. Good start since I can feel the yesterdays 12 km in my legs.
The program is almost only running, but I’m going to bike to and from my job as much as possible during the winter season and combine this with running in the weekends. More about this strategy further on.
